You will receive email confirmation when you place your order. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a further email / SMS with tracking information.
We use Royal Mail for the majority of our deliveries as we have found them to be reliable in terms of delivery times and in the careful handling of your products.
Tracking your order via the Royal Mail website / app is straightforward.

National Next / Nominated Day Delivery – £7.95 Choose your preferred delivery date (Tuesday–Friday). Perfect for sending gifts that arrive right on time.

National Saturday Delivery – £20 Guaranteed Saturday delivery for those last-minute gifts or special weekend celebrations.
We do not currently ship outside the UK. However, we are the 'go to' provider of hampers and gifts for those living overseas that wish to send a premium product to their friends, family, clients and colluegues in the UK. We make gifting easy.

Due to the perishable nature and risk of damage, we do not accept returns.
We take the utmost care to ensure your order arrive to you safely, however, if you receive a damaged product, please email us at hello@ogilvyandmore.com and we will replace the item without charge, provided you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
