Tasty treats… Sometimes the best things come in small packages so we are curating some ‘baby boards’ with slightly smaller portions. Here we have Bix (Best Soft White at the British Cheese Awards), Cotswold Blue Brie (deliciously creamy soft white moulded cheese with a Roquefort blue mould running through it) and Sussex Charmer (a fusion of two cheese production methods that combine the creaminess of Cheddar with the zing of an Italian style hard cheese!).
We think this is a cracking trio… Prefect for picnics, delicious after dinner and incredibly moreish when munched alone!
Served here with artisan Charcoal Crackers, Ogilvy & More Balsamic Red Onion Marmalade and black grapes, of course!
