Why do companies send gifts to clients and customers?

Our business and corporate customers send gifts for all sorts of reasons and whilst it is of course a kind and generous gesture, there are real commercial advantages to corporate gifting. We offer a year round business gifting service so whether you wish to purchase a one off gift as a team reward, well done or congratulations or ask us to send monthly treats or even team birthday gifts, we are sure the recipients will appreciate the gesture (and it's as simple as sending us a list of names and birthdays... we do the rest!).
Customer gifting has other advantages... it opens / maintains a dialogue after the completion of work or a transaction, it prompts the recipient to make recommendations and referrals to others and will often result in a 'thank you' letter or email which will go on to praise your team, products and services, all of which are great points of reference when tendering for future work!
