Fabulous products should reach their recipient on time and in perfect condition. We use a trusted national courier to ensure safe passage and to keep you informed of progress.
If your hamper or gift contains fresh items your products will be protected in environmentally friendly cool packs which will keep the contents in tip top condition for up to 48 hours from dispatch.
Our cool packs are made from recycled paper, insulated with natural wool and kept cold using a reusable pouch of fresh water… no nasty gels or chemicals!

If you order by 10:00 Hrs Monday – Friday, we make every effort to despatch your products to arrive the following day. In extremis or if you order after 10:00 Hrs, your order will be dispatched the following day for next day delivery.
If deliveries are left without a signature in a specified location, they are left at the purchaser's own risk.
Please note that prices quoted are for UK mainland. Some additional fees and delivery times may apply to other parts of the UK. You will be notified of these at checkout.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive email confirmation when you place your order. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a further email / SMS with tracking information. We use Royal Mail for the majority of our deliveries as we have found them to be reliable in terms of delivery times and in the careful handling of your products. Tracking your order via the Royal Mail website / app is straightforward.
CLICK & COLLECT
Our Click & Collect service, allows you to order your products and gifts online and collect them from our Sherborne store.
