Our house champagne is the perfect accompaniment to delicious smoked salmon from one of the finest traditional brick smokehouses in the country... you can rely on our curators to select only the best but you don't have to take their word for it... Marco Pierre White describes it as "The Most Delicious Smoked Salmon I've Eaten in Decades"! To accompany this we have selected a superb Smoked Trout Terrine, prepared by a local fishery on the banks of the crystal clear River Wylye, the subtle but distinctive smokey flavour of the Cold Smoked Trout is perfectly balanced by the inclusion of local yoghurt, butter, lemon and parsley; it is utterly delicious and incredibly moorish!
Devaux Champagne Grande Reserve Champagne has a gentle tone, a hint of honey and slightly biscuity note. It has a lovely soft mousse and small bubbles. It is the perfect accompaniment for fish and seafood
