Dating from 1648 Caronne has been in the hands of the Nony family since the 19th century. Bordering St Juilien, it has a very specific soil of gravel on iron-rich sandstone, which combined with traditional methods, produces a most elegant Cabert Sauvignon which has the capacity to age beautifully.
