Comte 200g

Comté is an alpine cheese made on the borders of France and Switzerland from unpasteurized cow's milk It is classified as an Alpine cheese.

The cheese is made in discs, each disc weighs up to 50 kg (110 lb) and the cheese has a distinctive dusty-brown colour rind while the cheese itself is a pale creamy yellow.

The texture is relatively hard and flexible, and the taste is mild and slightly sweet.
