Isle of White Blue 200g

Introduced in 2006, this naturally-ripened soft cheese is made with pasteurized milk and features a blue veined appearance. It has a 3-5 week shelf life and a minimum weight of 180g. As it ages, the flavor becomes spicier due to the natural rind, which is covered in various colored molds. It has been a multiple award winner at prestigious cheese competitions.
