We love the Italian gem. Two grape varieties which together produce a wine with citrus, white peach and honeysuckle on the nose while on the palate there is a superb balance between a wine fill of character and flavour and one which retains elegance, subtlety and balance.

We love this wine with white meat (poultry and some lighter game such as partridge), fish or soft cheese.
