This superb trout gravadlax is hand filleted, pin boned and trimmed, before dry curing in a traditional marinade of salt, sugar and dill. The trout fillets are then dressed with rum, black pepper and a sprinkling of fresh dill to produce a Nordic classic with an exceptional texture and depth of flavour. We suggest either our O&M Beetroot and Horseradish Relish or Creamy Horseradish Sauce as the perfect accompaniment for this delicious product.
Comes in D cut slices and is suitable for home freezing.
