O&M Private Label Muscadet Choblot Classic

This is a great value Muscadet with super balance and poise. Refreshingly dry but with racy zippy acidity as well as some lees derived complexity, this is top quality wine at an entry-level price.

Bottled for O&M by, Jerome Choblet of Domaine des Herbauges a winemaker at the forefront of a new wave of Nantais producers who have eschewed the dusty insularity of the Muscadet region in favour of flavoursome wines which showcase their heritage but pack more of a punch at a very reasonable price. His Classic Sur Lie is a case in point and should win people back to the region with its elegance and balance.
