Made from a blend of Syrah, Cinsault and Grenache, the classic Provencal varieties, the wine is left on the lees overnight to achieve a delicate blush colour. Bursting with aromas of fresh strawberries, pale peach and cherries. It is crisp, well-balanced and dry, with a lively acidity, perfect for summer evenings.
