This delicious potted hot smoked trout (top left in the photo) uses the finest hot smoked trout with fresh parsley, grated lemon zest, capers and cayenne pepper, all brought together with all-natural yoghurt

The combination creates a deliciously fresh and textured product, sealed under a layer of clarified butter. It's delicious on toast or crackers and makes a wonderful addition to a picnic, lunch or sharing platter!
