Smoked Trout, Cream Cheese, Horseradish & Beetroot Relish on 'Jet Black' Charcoal Crackers

This canapé is a striking to look at as it is delicious to eat. The square edged black charcoal crackers provide a delicious base upon which to lavish soft cream cheese, thinly sliced smoked trout and then a small but devastatingly delicious 'dollop' of our own deep red Beetroot and Horseradish Relish. 

We provide everything you need to assemble around 18 of these delicious canapés (even the instructions!) so what's stopping you?

We suggest you allow 4-6 canapés per person for a 1 hour drinks reception. Of course, it is entirely up to you and it will depend on the event, timings and budget.

If you are serving canapés prior to a meal, we allow 4 per person.
