Smoked Trout Terrine from Mere Trout

This delicious terrine is made from the same superb cold smoked trout that we sell sliced; it is combined with lemon juice, fresh herbs, cayenne pepper, unsalted butter and all-natural yoghurt to create a smooth, decadent terrine which is perfect on crackers or bread, as part of a platter or salad or why not try on hot toast or even with a jacket potato!

The terrine has a shelf life of 5-7 days. It can be frozen for three months.
