Smørgel 113g

Unlike our delicious terrine, this Smørgel (which is equally yummy!) is based on 'hot smoked' trout which is mix in capers, gherkins, red onion and mayonnaise to create an awesome texture with a very gently kick that does not overpower the lovely smoked trout taste.

Smørgel has a ten-day shelf life on leaving the farm.
