The Ashington - Cheese Hamper with Red Wine

That's the manor that nestles in the heart of Somerset and that's the vibe we get from this wonderful selection which includes three outstanding West Country cheeses and delicious rhone red - the vibrantly youthful Ventoux is a blend is 50% Grenache with 40% Syrah and 10% Carignan, which were destemmed and matured to preserve the vital, raspberry fruitiness of this wine. Mid ruby-purple colour, aromas are perfumed and pure. Palate is full, rich and juicily mouth-filling, with a ripe, bramble-fruited middle, and a satisfyingly rounded finish.
