• Cornish Yarg (200g)
• A nettle wrapped semi-hard cheese with a tangy taste and slightly crumbly core. Made from grass rich Cornish milk.
• Ashcombe (200g)
• Ashcombe is a French style cheese based on Morbier, with a horizontal line of wood ash through the paste. It has a lovely golden colour with semi-firm texture and rich milky, gentle flavours. Made with organic pasteurised cows milk.
• Little Rollright (250g)
• Rollright is a soft cheese banded in spruce bark. A delicate, peachy-pink rind ripens the cheese within to a rich, spoonable texture. The cheese develops rich flavours of crème fraiche, cured ham, and mustard seed, with a smoky, woodsy aroma. 
• Rutland Red (200g)
• Made using a traditional recipe, Rutland Red is buttered, cloth-bound and matured for six months to produce a flaky, open texture cheese with a slightly sweet, caramelised flavour and rich golden orange colour. It is the only pasteurised Red Leicester produced in the county of Leicestershire and is a firm favourite.

• Montgomery Mature Cheddar (200g)
• Montgomery Mature Cheddar is the epitome of traditional, handmade, unpasteurised Somerset Cheddar. Matured for 12 months wrapped in muslin cloth on wooden shelves and has deep, rich nutty flavours.
• Cotswold Blue Brie (300g)
• Organic soft white moulded cheese with a Roquefort blue mould running through the centre. It has a delicious creamy texture, with a fresh clean taste that develops as the cheese ages into a rich aromatic piquancy.
• Ogilvy & More Traditional Fig Jam
• This is the very essence of a traditional fig jam. Made with rich dried figs it is full of flavour and we think it is equally as delicious as an accompaniment to cheese as it is served as a sweet preserve.
