The Little Grazer - Charcuterie and Olives

This delicious little treat is a great introduction to our Dorset charcuterie. We have selected a local coppa, rich wild venison salami with sloes and garlic and an aromatic salami made with fennel and white pepper. We have included a jar of our own O&M olives, infused in a garlic and chilli oil. Perfect for grazing and sharing with someone you like... a lot!
