This is a delicious example of a rosé from this respected second generation producer. It has a depth of colour created by the "saignée" (bleeding) method used in the early winemaking process. It is vibrant with a distinctive, fruity and slightly herbal palate and lingering finish.
This rosé is the great as an aperitif, with small eats or perfect for a BBQ.
