Our Smoked Trout Roulades and Spirals are made using slices of our premium smoked trout around a delicious terrine to create a rich, creamy and delicious bite sized treat. The spirals are a larger version of the roulade, they make a perfect light lunch or starter and a real show-stopper as part of a picnic... so if you are off to Henley, Royal Ascot, School Sports Speech Day or just relaxing in the park or river bank they are a great way to raise the bar!

The roulades have a shelf life of 5-7 days. It can be frozen for three months.
